Responding to Insufficient Punishment Claim from The FA in PFF

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Locating The FA's claim

On the 'Discipline' screen, which can be navigated to by selecting 'Discipline' from the side menu, you will see all red and yellow cards.  If The FA has raised a claim of insufficient punishment then you will receive an email and you will see the status 'Open Claim' for that case.

Responding to The FA's claim

You will need to confirm whether the player admits or denies the claim against them.  This should be done by choosing one of the two options from the drop down under 'Club response'.

The evidence in support of the response can then be uploaded to the drag & drop zone.

Submitting the response

Once you are satisfied that all the evidence you wish to submit in support of the response has been uploaded and is listed in the 'Uploaded Evidence' section, you can submit your response to the The FA by clicking 'Submit Claim Response'.

You will be asked to confirm that your response is ready for submission to The FA.

If submitted correctly the claim status should be 'Pending Resolution'.

The decisions

Once The FA's claim has been determined by a Regulatory Commission the claim's status will reflect whether it has been 'Upheld' or 'Dismissed' and the details of the Regulatory Commission will be displayed.  A decision letter will also be available to download.
