UEFA Stadium Venue Announcements

Summary

Around March each season UEFA will request us to submit a list of all English football clubs who could potentially qualify this season for either the UEFA Champions League and/or UEFA Europa League and/or UEFA Europa Conference League. As part of this process each club is required to make a provisional stadium venue announcement which is to be used in UEFA competitions should the club qualify.  It should be noted that the proposed stadium must be available on all the relevant competition match dates as indicated in the 2024/25 international calendar.

Please note that failure to provide a Stadium Venue Announcement to UEFA may result in your club not being eligible to compete in UEFA competitions next season.

How to submit your stadium venue announcement form

You will receive an email from noreply@uefa.ch which will contain a link to the relevant form.

The form will display as follows, please click on the 'Add stadium' button:

You will now be able to search for your stadium by typing in the name of the stadium:

Please click on the stadium you wish to add and then click 'Next'.

On the next screen tick the boxes which apply.  If you require an inspection or renovation works on the stadium have been completed or are due to be completed in the near future please complete the 'Comments' section with the relevant information before clicking 'Next'.  Inspections are most likely to be required if significant renovations have been undertaken since the stadium was previously inspected or if the stadium has not been used in UEFA competitions recently.  Otherwise, a stadium inspection is unlikely to be required and the box can be left unticked.

Please note that UEFA may still order an inspection to be undertaken even if the Club does not request one.

You will next be required to choose the rounds you wish to use the stadium for.  We would anticipate that almost all clubs would use the same stadium for every round of the competition and therefore you can click the box of each round or choose 'Select all'.  If you are proposing to use multiple stadiums then please select the rounds for which this particular stadium will be used.

Once the rounds are selected you can click 'Assign'.

Once the rounds have been assigned to the stadium you can click 'Submit to NA'.

You will be asked to confirm that you wish for the form to be submitted to The FA as the National Association for review.

Once submitted the status of your form will turn from 'Submit' to 'Submitted' and that is the end of the process.  Please contact The FA if  you wish to make any amendments to your submissions once submitted.
